Teaching In Themes, An Approach to Schoolwide Learning, Creating Community, and Differentiating Instruction includes chapters written by several of the teachers seen in Good Morning Mission Hill, as well as Deborah Meier.  It is the brainchild of Matthew Knoester, a former Mission Hill teacher whose earlier book about Mission Hill Democratic Education in Practice–Inside Mission Hill School came out the year we filmed there. We wrote an afterword for the book, touching on our observations as we filmed.  It was a great chance to expand on some of the topics we showed in the film and the internet series!
